My name is Lorrette and I had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Kia. She went above and beyond to help me with my paint purchase and was kind enough to assist me in getting a discount. Kia was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, which made the whole process smooth and pleasant. It’s always nice to come across employees who genuinely care about helping customers. Unreliable ----------------------- Update: The tile order did not arrive on Monday, January 5, 2025. We have received no updates or support, and today is now Thursday, January 8, 2025. I would like to recognize Junior, Ronald, Charisse, and Jessy for their outstanding customer service. Junior went above and beyond by helping us locate pink tops for paint buckets and assisting with the final checkout and tile delivery purchase. Ronald was extremely helpful in calculating the correct amount of tile for our bathroom renovation and even helped us load smaller tile boxes into our car. I just want to say that this Lowe’s and the manager named JR are the absolute best!!!! My mom lives in Port St Lucie and I am in Ohio now and a delivery came to the store instead of her house. JR helped me get it rectified and I can’t say enough how helpful and supportive this store and JR are!!! Thank you so much!!!
