Lowe's Home Improvement

I always have a great experience at Lowe’s, but today was even more top tier. I talked with Heather in the garden center for quite awhile, she was so sweet and knowledgeable about the different trees, and what would be best for my yard. How big, how much water, all the questions. By the end of it she talked me into getting 13 trees… and two more for my father. She had a desire to sell the trees before our first freeze in two days, and with her education, I was excited to take them off her hands. Thankful she was working this morning when I came in “just to look” . 10/10 recommend Lowe’s for all your gardening needs and questions!

I will never shop here again until they remove the Flock AI vehicle/license plate tracking cameras from their entrances and exits. They are a 3rd party company that illegally spy’s on every vehicle that drives by them. It’s an illegal search. It tracks your vehicle everywhere you go when you pass by them and creates a database recording your every move. I refuse to be part of this illegal tracking activity! Home Depot and other hardware stores don’t have these cameras. That’s where I’m shopping from now on.

Went to buy paint for the inside of my house. There was no one there to help for the first 10 minutes. When we did get help the man that showed up was extremely nice and made up for us having to wait.. As I tried to explain I didn't know what kind of paint I needed on a few of my walls he walked me though and showed me what paint I needed to buy. He didn't try and make me spend a lot of money like some will do. He was even nice to my mother. We went in jan so it was extremely cold outside and I haven't been in Lowe's in a very, very long time. I was so happy to get inside thinking it was going to be warm but I was so wrong. It was freezing in there just like it was outside. I looked around and seen workers wearing jackets. I would have figured that a home improvement store would be well in

Luis in the Lawn & Garden department at Lowe’s on Ridgemont in Abilene, TX, was so polite and helpful. He didn’t wait for my husband and me to ask for help. He saw we had 18 bags of mulch and asked us if we would allow him to load it for us. He even taped up one of the ends of a bag that my husband and I had noticed was slightly open when we bought the mulch. We love shopping at Lowe’s because of people like Luis.

Jordan did a great job helping me and my wife he took the time to listen and not well i will get someone to help you.It seems a lot of businesses most employees will always get someone else to help you thay are too lazy not Jordan GREAT JOB Lowe's for training and very friendly staff.
