Highly recommend you don not purchase appliances here. First experience was with a fridge. Had to convince delivery person that ot could on fact be done safely 3 different ways. Literally the same size fridge we had. It came in with ease, delivery person simple didn’t want to go up one flight of stairs. 2nd experience, paid for a dishwasher 12/22. As of 1/02 hadn’t heard anything wasn’t upset I know there were two holidays in but wanted to inquire so I called Lowes Customer service, dealt with the annoying auto andwer finally got to sit on hold. When customer service rep finally picked up she said we were waiting on a permit from county. Worst Lowes I have been to, worst delivery system, always inform customer that order would be home same day but never happen so we decided to switch order to "curbside pick up", came to the spot, was told to wait for assistant, 10 mins passed, 15 mins passed, no one came for us. We walked inside the store, spoke to a lady, all she said was " ur order is too big and heavy, need to go to "heavy duty department". OMG, WHY NO ONE EVEN CARE TO TELL US ABOUT THIS? WHY WAIT UNTIL WE CAME INSIDE THE STORE TO ASK BECAUSE WE HAD TO WAIT FOR ALMOST 20 MINS IN THE CAR? Definitely we will never come back to this Lowes.

WORSE,WORSE,WORSE experience I have ever had as a customer!!!!!!!!! Purchased a $1499 Craftsman Snow Blower on the Lowe’s website on January 21,2025. The Snow Blower was scheduled to be delivered on the 25th was actually delivered on the 29th. When looking over the unit I was in completely surprise the unit was inoperable. The following issue were, No battery for the starter No bar for adjusting the shoot No manual No plastic shovel for clearing the shoot Wires not connected (no manual to reference) All then aluminum was all oxidized The unit was completely filthy, cover with salt (clearly been sitting outside of the store) Dried up leaves in every nook and cranny of the unit. I have taken photos of all issues listed above. Couldn’t ever start the Snow Blower!!!!! Not what you would expe

Worst run store in the state, behind Pembroke Lowes. The store manager does not know how to operate an inventory. They are more concerned about making it easier for them than it is for the customer. All the concrete is stacked 20 feet high so it's unsaleable. They want you to put the Crete on a cart and bring it to your car from the back of the store. When you ask the store manager why they put all the pallets so high they say it's because they don't have a loader on the weekend like anyone was gonna help me load the concrete anyways? I've never ever had someone help me load concrete at Lowe's so the fact that they say they don't have a loader on the weekend yes because they don't have a loader on the weekdays either. so they want me to wait 20 minutes for somebody to get available t
