I would like to appreciate the Lowe’s associate at Alpharetta, in Georgia. The gentleman’s name is Mr. Ernie. He is very experienced, professional and kind. He went out of his way to help me. He is also a very honest person and I think Lowe’s has employed a genuinely great associate. Although his manager was not very cooperative and wanted us to carry the stuff ourselves which weighed 300 lbs. We are not Olympic level weightlifters !!! Ernie being a true gentleman arrange a power lift to help unload the item. Thanks again Ernie for the help.

Summers and Alayah provided exemplary customer service for me tonight (2/26). I came in looking to warranty a Craftsman torque wrench and they helped make the process smooth and easy. I appreciate their dedication to providing top tier customer service. I will be back soon!

Do not shop at the Duke drive Alpharetta location! The employees are rude and completely lie about what is happening with a delivery order. Was told by an employee my order was out for delivery at 1:30pm. At nearly 5, I called to see why my order had still not arrived after waiting around all day. Was told he would call the delivery company and call me back. Waited 20 min no call back. I called again asked for that specific employee and was told he was “on break”. Spoke to another employee just to be told they stop delivering at 3 and my order was NEVER EVEN OUT FOR DELIVERY! This was the 3rd time this store did not delivery as promised and a service I paid for. Spoke to a “manager” who had absolutely no interest in helping me. Just kept telling me she didn’t know what was happening up fro

Customer service is on point. They have the nicest and kindest staff and also willing to be helpful, finding anything that you need. I went into the plant department today one nice lady there was very kind and helpful. She helped me find some plants, and I had a plant with a missing pot with no price tag the people upfront gave me a discount on the missing pot. The atmosphere there is very nice, will definitely be coming back.

They posted,an item was some broken, missing parts but couldn't sell to me with that price because it was a store mistake. Unacceptable store behavior. Bad customer service relationships. Feb 10, 2026
