Man I was in a hurry to get my materials for a job and the place was packed! I’m in paint completely lost on what to grab and I was back n forth with Jim an associate in paint. Considering the amount of people and how much work he was doing, he still found time to get all my questions answered, was cool headed and moving quick! Shout out to Jim in paint man you saved me so much time and money!

Very disappointed in this Lowe’s. Had problems at every turn. Purchased a dishwasher and the department manager, Eric, was hateful, and not accommodating. Picking up the dishwasher took 2 hours of just standing around waiting. When the girl finally brought it, I had to assist her in lifting it up into my vehicle, which I didn’t mind, but shouldn’t have had to lift it. The staff was not friendly nor helpful! Home Depot is so much more accommodating and friendly, but not as competitive with prices.

I had a bad experience at the Aransas Pass, Texas location. I was there to buy house paint that I knew nothing about. The guy at the paint department was NOT helpful at all. I asked for a Manger & he never came to the front to assist til I was leaving 15 min later. By this time I was annoyed with everyone as I did not get the help I needed. I will call & ask for the store manager to complain about my visit if not I will call corporate as I did spend $250 there. I should have just left my stuff there & left but I didnt.

Had an amazing experience here today with Tristan and many other very knowledgeable employees. I went in for some wood, stain, carpet, and other various things, and everyone we had to ask for assistance was so polite and so fast. It was the best experience at a hardware store I have had in a long time.

Had a pleasant experience purchasing a new refrigerator over the phone with Amber in appliances. Great price, turnaround, and communication! Got fridge delivered and installed next day, and they hauled off my old one. Thank you!
