I bought a 4200 30-cc 4cycle weedeater for $260 after buying it I had a lot of trouble with. I called craftsman they told me it had a 2 year warranty but I had to take it back to the store. I called the store in Asheboro NC and talked to Mike, Shown and Makzly all have told me to bring it in and I could get a new one at same price or a store credit, but I couldn’t get my cash back. I said that was fine all I wanted was my weedeater. So I go into the store none of them are there and the girl I was confronted with was Nicky that informed me they wasn’t there nor does anyone remember talking to me and they couldn’t take it back, replace it or give me a store credit so now I’m out a weedeater with no care to the store. Poor customer service. Been to this location several times and used timer and then wave down an employee for assistance see employees talking to each other...finally got assistance but no purchase at this location a veteran deserves better. Waited 5 minutes with timer. The young man who assisted me was helpful but, seems to know what I'm trying to say and it's not his fault it's in my opinion it poor customer service we all deserve that!!

I needed to make some bed slats for a bed I purchased on Marketplace. I found very good quality 1"x4"x6ft boards to do this at a reasonable price when my military discount was subtracted.

Clean store; decent inventory; TERRIBLE, unprofessional employees! Some of the employees like to play mind games instead of assisting customers OR at least leaving them alone if uncapable of being friendly or providing assistance. I left my phone on a shelf while shopping but realized it before I left the store's parking lot. Instead of giving me the phone back at customer service, they denied having it and sent me searching through the store for hours. Employees followed my every move, while some were making rude and unprofessional comments and laughing as I struggled to find my phone. I ran into a friend and used their phone to locate my device. Map pinged the phone at the store but they STILL denied having it. I had to set off the location alert and heard it screaming from a drawer beh
