Had a quartz counter top installed by Lowes.The-staff in the store was helpful to take my order. But the entire process of installation was stressful and frustrating. They wanted me to disconnect water and stove before they get here and you have to reconnect after they’re done with installation. My Plumber did all that and I was waiting for them to show up and they showed up several hours after the scheduled time. They pulled out the old countertops but did not remove the pieces completely. They left some pieces on the back and made the countertop uneven.I talked to a lady there and she said in order to install countertops evenly I have to pay $200 more or I can install trim by myself but they left a gap bigger than they told me they would and the shims are loose-anybody even children can

This location is pretty great to be honest, ive been to quite a few Lowes locations and it's such a great store to have nearby. I order for pick up quite often and not only do they shop quickly, they bag it up and put it inside a locker for you and notify you immediately to pick up at your convenience the same day most of the time! For bigger items they'll even assist you bringing it outside to your vehicle. Such great, helpful people inside the store, and at the counters. Thank you Lowes for always helping me with my projects. :)

Loews is pretty good with prices. They don’t always have things in stock and don’t help you locate it at another location. The people that work there don’t seem too happy to be there. I’ve been there about five times and have purchased appliances there. The people who work there don’t go out of their way to assist you. The two younger sales people that helped with appliances were very kind and I really appreciated them. Like I said prices are pretty good. 👍

Went to Lowe's to pick up garden plants for the garden at Fantastic prices on a variety of different peppers also on several different herbs. The staff there was helpful and friendly got us checked out quickly and we were on our way to plant our new vegetables in the garden. Thanks

Carrie in paint again rocked! Tried to leave a survey from my receipt but unfortunately, this certain receipt did not have any code on it for me to do the survey. “THIS TIME” Carrie basically designed my theme of entire kitchen and living room. I ended up going w every single color she chose and I know everyone is going to be very impressed and happy. She also suggested which rollers and brushes I needed and taught me some stuff I never knew about Purdy . she suggested to get me an entire HVAC check, which I didn’t need. Time and time again she outdid herself w customer service. Refuse to go to Epps Lowes
