Best customer service ever! These 2 deserve raises! They were patient with me (I have a disability) and made me feel valued in spite of. Vonna, the hardware associate, made sure I had everything I needed before I left and I really appreciate it because I was struggling. Keep up the great work

Visited this store to make a purchase and inquired about an online order from another Lowes store that did not have one of the items that I ordered. The customer service employee looked into my inquiry and requested the assistance of a manager. Once the manager arrived, he worked diligently to resolve my issue. Both he and the customer service employee were courteous and professional. I left the store having a rare great customer service experience and would not hesitate to shop there in future. This Lowes store proved that great customer service still exists.

Pulled up for a smoker this evening and saw the perfect one outside waiting. Went inside to see about purchasing it and was told a price that was more than it was advertised outside. They honored the price outside and one of the employees (Jordan) went above and beyond to help us load it in our vehicle!

What a horrible experience! I am out of 1100.00 plus 500.00 plus what ever I had to pay to repair my house. I purchased an appliance only for the RXO delivery company to put a hole in my wall damage my floor only for them to install a damage refrigerator all cracked up on the inside. They promised to replace it and when they came to get it they claim it was a hole on my water cap that they put in when they installed the damaged one. Now they are refusing to take it and return my money. I am very disappointed. this was my 1st purchase from Lowe’s I always use Home Depot and now I see why I will forever shop at Home Depot and I encourage you to shop there too. if you ever consider shopping at Lowe’s they have the WORST service I have ever had!
