If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered a new washer and dryer and had an absolutely miserable experience from start to finish. Here is a breakdown of why you should avoid this store: • Rude Service: It started with an associate named Dennis. He was angry about having to answer a phone call and took his attitude out on us immediately. • Defective Products: This is hard to believe, but they delivered four defective dryers and two defective washing machines. • Severe Property Damage: Their install team pulled the dryer vent out of my ceiling, disconnected it throughout my building, and damaged the flex hose. • Incompetent "Repairs": Lowe’s sent a team to fix the damage they caused, but they arrived without a ladder or the right tools. They used cheap tape to temporarily stick it back

All the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable, and if they don’t know an answer, they’ll tag a team member who does! We were helped by multiple staff as new homeowners grabbing essentials for the house and taking advantage of some holiday weekend sales. Brian, the store manager was incredibly helpful and actually checked in on us twice!

I've been a Lowes customer for a long time. NEVER again. Worst experience. Had to hunt down a sales person for toilet and vanity help. He acted lackadaisical, bothered by it. Lazily entered in the order. Set up delivery, which I explained had to be inside the house. Long story but toilet was to be delivered that day (Not my idea) and the vanity delivered later because they were out of stock. Toilet wouldn't be brought inside, so I canceled it after an awful customer service discussion. Vanity, same type of thing. 3 different delivery companies, instructions I received were different than what the delivery personnel said. I have no vanity, I have to fight with my credit card company for recoup. NO WAY will I go back.

I went there to purchase 15 bags of the mulch they had on sale. Went in and paid for it, and was told someone would be out to load it in a few minutes. We waited and waited with my truck parked next to the load here sign, but no one showed up. I got out of the truck to load it myself and I saw 2 Lowe's employees standing up by the garden's main entrance, possibly flipping a coin 🤣 to see which of them was going to come out and help me. Yes, it was drizzling rain oh my, but guess what? That's the price of admission when you're working at a store that specializes in plants lawns and gardens. Loaded it myself while employees of Lowe's watched me from the safe space free of the drizzle.

Dennis Jackson is extremely helpful. He helped me with heavy microwave helped me find a cart really saved me from hurting my back, rung me quickly rather than the longer line. Great customer service.
