I love my south lakeland lowes. Always helpful workers, great prices, and they always have what you need. Id say the only downfall of lowes is taking kids with you when you shop. The only reatroom (that i am aware of anyway) is in the back. Such a pain in the tukkis when your checking out and your kid goes "i gotta go potty" Outside of that, i love this store. My love is coumpounded by the pro membership deal i have through my employer.

I hadn’t had a washer/dryer for almost two weeks (with a sick kid at home!), so walking into the store felt like walking into relief. I was first helped by Lily — so kind, patient, and genuinely amazing. I couldn’t purchase that day, but came back the next, where Stephen greeted me and stayed with me until another associate arrived. The associate was great too — and as I wanted to make sure Lily received the credit she deserved, I let him know when speaking with him and he had no objections, which speaks volumes about his character. Delivery day came and I thought I could install them myself… spoiler: I could not. 🤦‍♀️ After multiple Lowe’s trips and a minor existential crisis, Lily and Brandon still went so far above and beyond to help me get everything I needed. Every time I have came here I can never find help yet every worker I see is standing around or walking the aisles, but somehow can’t help me out. Today I placed a mobile order for 2 items and it wasn’t ready for almost 25 minutes! I had to go inside myself. After that, I received a bad attitude from someone saying “we’re behind on orders” with 3 behind the desk and only 1 of them helping out customers! Worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been to, I recommend the one in Lakeland if you can make that drive.

My wife and I recently visited Lowe’s to purchase several new appliances for one of our investment properties. Although we typically shop at Home Depot, this particular Lowe’s location was close by, so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We selected a washer, dryer, and stove totaling around $1,500. However, right before checkout, the associate asked if we wanted to add any “accessories.” When I asked what accessories they were referring to, I was shocked to learn that they meant the power cords — something that is clearly an essential component, not an optional add-on. Put in a order for delivery. They charged for next day, didn't even ask. So worked on getting a refund. They had to figure out how to do it. Then rerang it. So then delivery went form 3 days to a 2.5 weeks. Really. Because they could not put on same truck. So I said I don't mind the next day. BUT I was not going to pay for it. So we went back and forth. Could not deliver until Jan 10. So I just cancelled my order and will go to Home Depot and get the date I want.
