Mr. Larry with Order Fulfillment did a wonderful job helping out. My order was inexplicably placed at a location in Lafayette, and when I checked in to pick up my order (while at THIS location), somebody marked it complete at the incorrect location. Larry made sure to reassure me it was being taken care of and had me leave with my product. Great man you people have here!

Onore help us make some painting choices that really saved us A LOT of time! I would have made a huge mistake not buying primer, but he convinced me to! It was such a pleasant conversation talking about our houses and renovations with him!

My husband & I went Fri a.m to purchase a stove we found one that we liked , delivery was for the nxt day. So the stove is delivered as expected the nxt day as the delivery guys were unboxing the stove they noticed a dent towards the bottom so they motioned me to come see & he showed the damage asked if I wanted to send it back. Now we're renting so thats not really my decision plus keep in mind Thanksgiving is coming up I asked if he knew when another could be delivered to which he stated he wasnt sure but then mentioned that if we wanted to keep it he was sure a discount would be given for the damage so as I stated we are renting so I got on the phone with the landlord he ask for pics of the damage plus wanted to know how much would be reimbursed. I can’t give LOWES 5 Stars because their Customer Service needs some work. Trying to find or get a hold of an employee can be a challenge plus trying to get one who knows the item or department is definitely a challenge.
