The new guy Justin, was extremely helpful. I came in after a very long day at work, needing a garage door remote urgently. Justin saw me walking through the store and asked if he could help me find anything, I told him what I was looking for, he searched for it, and found where it was supposed to be. Then, he offered to help me look for it in case I had a hard time locating the aisle or the item itself. The garage door opener was locked up in a little plastic box that an employee has to remove, so Justin walked me to the front and found an employee who knew how to open the box for me. I really appreciate his additional assistance, it probably saved me at least 10 minutes of trying to do it on my own and 10 minutes of time after a 14 hour day is valuable. Thank you, Justin!!

Worst flooring installation experience ever! We purchased installation from Lowe's. Lowe's subcontracted with Marc's Flooring. Marc's subcontracted with an installation crew with an itinerant crew chief from out of state living in a hotel and rarely on site. The installation crew damaged the freshly painted walls, baseboards and built-in cabinets in our house. We have sent Marc's Flooring photos, provided a written repair estimate, and had many calls but Marc's would not send anyone out to even look at the damage. They tried to tell us the damaged walls, baseboards and cabinets looked old (from the photos) even though every paintable surface in the entire house had just been professionally prepped, repaired (if necessary) and painted in the 2 weeks before the flooring installation. The person in charge of unloading the trucks outside is always annoyed and in a bad mood. This happens every time I have a delivery; he's never friendly. We're not to blame for his problems. He should choose another job and be happy.

Good store lots of selection. There deck crew also did an amazing job and was able to make my experience smooth and seamless. They also installed my hot water tank and did it very quickly when it went out. They tend to. Have the best prices on installs.
