I don’t like going into a store to do a refund or return and before the associate tries to help immediately says oh I don’t know if we can help you: that’s a problem. I returned plants that died and I had to explain I spoke with an associate before going there for the return plus it’s in their warranty and then she proceeded to help. I don’t like the inconvenience I like to go into and out of a store. They are quick to take your money but not help that’s unnecessary especially when you a mom needing to get things handle quickly and efficiently. Please do better

Utterly disgusted with my experience today. No one would help me in plumbing so I had to get a ladder to get a faucet off the top shelf. Got pushed out of the main isle by an employee moving something who decided he couldn’t stay to one side and let us pass each other. No he pushed me off into a side isle till he passed. Spent another 20 min looking for help to get a case opened. To buy something from inside. Then he escorted me to a self checkout. They literally removed All cashiers from the store . Expect lumber. I HATE self checkout unless you’re offering a discount for it. A company like Lowe’s has no right to take away jobs for self checkout. And now you don’t even give an option?!?! What the absolute HELL are you doing. I don’t know if all Lowe’s are doing this or just this one. But

Besides some hiccups, seems better good shopping experience for the most part. 🌞🌈☂️ In-store CS better stop backstabbing me, then would be all good. I know y'all from the HSs I had gone too. Needed to find a solution to a mattress that was sinking in between the slates of the bed. Georgie was awesome and very knowledgeable. We did exactly what he said. We got plywood and now no issues. Thank you Georgie for the wonderful customer service.

This lowes location is very close and convenient. We often visit for the monthly kids DIY build. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable for home inprovemen
