If I could give zero stars I would!! 2nd time at this store having a problem with the prices, and the cashier harry accusing me of "having something in my pocket" which happened to be my vape which obv they dont even sell. MIND YOU WE JUST SPENT ALMOST 400$ $2300 the previous time !! We were charged 3 times the correct amount on the shelf. the manager Cindy came up being an absolute rude snotty ignorant human being ( and that's being nice). I work retail as well and don't get me wrong customers in binghamton especially act entitled. We were very decent with them and the kid who did the return was clearly the only kind decent human being in the entire store and you could tell he was embarrassed with the treatment we received. Do not buy appliances from Lowe’s. Our Refrigerator dies and I went to buy one before my food spoils. They had a sale on various models, and I selected one from the salesman. I asked if he had one in stock and he went in the back to find out. He came back with the manager who informed me they don’t stock any appliances but they have one older model in the back. The price was $3,800.00 but he would drop it to $2,800.00. The newer floor model was on sale for $1,900.00. I could order on and pick it up 3 days later. No way would I buy this older model for this price and pleaded with the manager to sell me the floor model. He said I do not sell our floor models. I call Home Depot right in front of him and they told me they had models in the back. They would also sell me a floor model if there w

I’ve been to and ordered from the Lowe’s in Binghamton, NY a few times lately, and every single associate I’ve talked to has been polite, patient, and actually seemed happy to help — which is rare these days! Just today Jonette helped me over the phone and One young lady helped me the other day, and of course now that I’m writing this, I can’t remember her name… but she was also fantastic. Everyone there has treated me with respect and made my shopping easy. Thanks to the whole team for the great customer service — even the ones whose names my brain forgets two minutes later!

Being a new home owner, I’ve had to make many trips to this Lowe’s and i can safely say this location has the friendliest staff members. At every visit there are no less than 3 people who ask me if I need assistance, the people who work here will smile at you as you pass them by, they do not ever seem to be annoyed with a question and do not make you feel rushed. Even the person assigned to the self checkout area is so helpful and kind. I really like going here, they always have what i need, and everyone seems to be happy to help.

Ray from appliances helped us out so much! We came in for a new fridge and he took the time to go through different options with us and ultimately found us a great deal! We were very satisfied with the service he provided us and he deserves recognition for it! Thanks Ray we really appreciate you!
