I have always shopped at Lowe’s because they sell great things at fair prices I do wish their installers would call me and give me an estimate on installing a shower module . I talked to Heather and she requested their installers call me but they haven’t yet!!! I bought a self propelled mower and took it home and used it once and it pulled too fast and there was no way to slow it down unless you barely pulled on the drive lever. It was horrible and I tried to return it but this manager said right up front you cannot return it if you go over 48 hours. I told her I was told 30 days and she argued with me until I was blue in the face. I like all Lowes but as a driver who delivers overnight, I recommend someone answers the phone (security) to release the trailer so the exchange can be made. The phone rang from 06:19 until 06:42 before anyone picked up. It took someone from customer service to answer. Evidently security was sleep and had to be waken. Just remember when these loads go back Lowes has to pay to bring them back. It would have been easier to just release the trailer lock once the store has unloaded the trailer.

Catherine was absolutely the biggest help! Even though she works in doors and windows she went above and beyond to help us purchase a dryer! We also had a return she handed it all! UPDATE: I just went back today for a replacement faucet for the kitchen sink. Stan was super helpful and I got what I needed!

We went to purchase a washing machine. We knew the one we wanted. It was right up front. We stopped a gentleman that worked there and told him we wanted to purchase this machine. He referred us to the appliance department. There was a diferrent gentleman in the appliance department, and he said let me get somebody. After waiting a few minutes and not seeing anyone, we go back to the front and tell a young lady WHAT WE WANTED, we was loading it in our truck within 5 minutes. And she was the one bringing it out to the truck. Go figure....She was the BOMB!!!!

Bought appliances from Lowe’s. They delivered and “installed” them…. I don’t know how I will use them like this though. I guess I should be glad they are at least in the laundry room.
