I’ve never written a review before, but this experience absolutely warrants one. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We purchased a water heater that did not work. We attempted to return it the same day with the receipt and original box, only to be told it was non-returnable due to being a “biohazard.” This policy was stated nowhere not on the box, the website, or the receipt. We were then told to contact the manufacturer. The following day, I called Lowe’s customer service and was informed that we should not have been turned away and should have been provided with a denial return slip. Based on that guidance, we returned to the store hoping to resolve the issue. Instead, we were once again told to call the manufacture

Shopping here is always easy and enjoyable thanks to their top-notch customer service and well-organized store layout. The lumber department, in particular, stands out as the best around—reliable, stocked, and easy to navigate. For DIY projects, Lowe’s is truly #1 in my book. While other stores like Home Depot come second, Lowe’s consistently delivers unbeatable prices, excellent service, and a smooth shopping experience. Thank you, Lowe’s, for making every project more affordable and stress-free!

Lowe’s is mine and my husbands favorite place to shop for our home improvement needs! We went in yesterday to exchange some cameras we bought earlier that day for a different brand and the customer service associate remembered us from always shopping there. After that we headed towards the camera section where we were greeted by August and her energy was it! She was so sweet and helpful. Bryan Lowe’s is the place to go!

Was just in the store. A man was waiting by the ladders for assistance as the announcement kept going off overhead my entire 20 minute visit. At the checkout, I asked the kid, who's job I guess is standing there giving dumb looks, if the customers were now supposed to help other customers in addition to doing their own checkouts. What a shitty company this has become.

The Lowe's at Bryan-College Station are surprisingly better compared to its competition. We like the atmosphere and quality of service. Since moving to this area, Lowe's has been our first choice whenever we need anything for home improvement.
