Nasty place for drivers specially for semi trucks and trailers . They put all their extra things at back of store which supposed to be for trucks to go around and deliver store deliveries . There is space for 2 trucks at a time can go around but store management blocked all space and hardly one truck can go and other wait for if one is delivering … it’s dangerous and hazard for everyone around there docks …. Shipping and receiving need to pay attention and stop using trucks space … Thanks you

I purchased a washer and dryer set from Lowe's. This was delivered which seemed pretty easy . The dryer was making a lot of noise so I had that exchanged again pretty easy. Here's the challenge when they came to deliver they delivered the wrong dryer the delivery driver did not even try to look for the correct dryer. This turned into a 3 hour ordeal to find out from anyone what was going on. I was continuously told that they have to investigate and they will call back etc. etc. etc. Then after I got off the phone with the delivery person that told me Lowe's will call me to figure things out after the investigation....NOT ONE PERSON CALLED ME ..I was the one making the calls. I then see the truck pulling in my driveway with yes my new dryer that was on the truck the entire time. Lowe

I really like this Lowe’s for the layout and selection but can we PLEASE stop with the roaming gutter salespeople that approach you asking if you need help with anything before launching into their sales pitch? If I wanted gutter guards, I’d be in the freaking gutter guards aisle. And they do NOT take the hint when you try to politely tell them you’re not interested. You really have to give them a firm “no”. Get rid of that and it’d make the experience a lot better.

I hate to post this because the actual people I have dealt with in this store have been wonderful however I had such a horrible experience and was then passed off to someone supposedly in customer service but could not even give me a clear answer as to if he worked for Lowe’s. My husband and I bought appliances in store over the weekend. The scheduling process has been confusing. I took off the day of work I was told to at the store. As it turns out it’s 2 separate deliveries and now I am missing another half day. The major issue was the delivery of my washing machine. The contractor that was hired was completely disrespectful. He recorded me without permission, he did not complete the job, he yelled at me in my home and in my driveway and he lied to me. I was made to feel unsafe in my own
