Lowe's Home Improvement

Standard Lowe's experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and organized store. I prefer team Blue to the Orange guys, but I also check online first to be sure they have the item or brand if I'm looking for something specific.

So far both of my experiences was really nice, employees were friendly, helpful and store was really clean. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is both times I was approached by a company trying to sell gutter guards. I'm sure most people don't like being solicited for when shopping. Maybe let them set up a booth with a video and business cards instead. So you're still helping a local business. (They were respectful and friendly as well).

Walk out when their employees harass you about your gutters or whatever else they're peddling. Home Depot isn't far and they dont behave that way. Lowes employees will literally chase you down to sell you something you've never wanted; but can't help you with what you need.

Edit: Review remains at 1 star. Called the customer service line and the "best they could offer" was 10% ($85) credit back. That doesnt even pay for the part that needs to be replaced. I think I heard "its outside our policy to replace it" more times than I could count. I would have figured it'd be outside Lowes policy to sell and deliver broken machinery but here we are. Pathetic.** Will never be doing business at any Lowes again. We were sold a broken washing machine and Lowes has refused accountability for it. The machine was never tested upon delivery and installation (as is supposed to happen per their own policy) and when attempting to use the machine for the first time, water pours all over the floor; which come to find out is due to an entire chunk of the tub being broken off.

Two of the most professional delivery drivers just delivered the freezer I bought at Lowe’s. I am so impressed with Joshua and Steven. Kuddos to Lowe’s for such great contractors. They were right on time, received a call informing me they were on their way. They went right to work removing doors and hand rails. They made sure every thing was right before they left. Great job!
