Lowe's Home Improvement

I recently created this beautiful DIY center table using a mirror and paint from Lowe's, and I'm so impressed with the quality! The mirror was sturdy and perfectly clear, and the paint gave an amazing finish. Lowe's always has everything I need for my DIY projects, and their products make the results look professional. Totally satisfied and highly recommend.

Kris was incredibly helpful and kind amidst the chaos of this weekend’s impending snow storm. The email check in for curbside assigned pick up people never works for me. I checked in for my item order and he helped me with the other order I was supposed to pick up even though the email link didn’t let me check in the right way. He also took the time to help me understand the best way to get salt In the store, even though he was clearly very busy. Despite the chaos he was very positive, kind, and helpful.

Just had to run in and grab a couple of things. Had used the app to find out exactly where I'm the store I needed to go. Was greeted at the front door by an employee. She was very friendly and inviting, first time I had that experience going into a Lowe's.

Extremely helpful! Zony, Vikas, and Brittany were all proactive in offering to help load up a 233 lb generator… I will say unexpected, but certainly welcome to see such customer service… Especially during the craziness pre-snowmageddon

Lowe’s is one of the horrible stores in the northern Virginia their customer service terribly bad you won’t find anybody to help you, especially on the electrical department. You can sit in that department for half an hour just to get some cable bad experience. I never go to the lowes store ever again since there is a Home Depot electric Dominion electric available.
