We had a mixup on some return items. Charles and September were helpful and incredibly patient and determined to get it right, even though the issue was created by their store system. We took it as far as we could, then I got a call an hour later that they had found a workaround that got me my full refund, Great, personable folks

I have had a fine experience at this Lowe's. I go slightly out of my way to visit this location versus other Lowe's. I appreciate the easy parking and wide selection. The associates at the paint counter have always been friendly and helpful. For my needs that the locally-owned hardware store doesn't meet, this Lowe's is my go-to destination.

My husband and I have been customers of Lowe's Hardware for over 20 years and today was the first time I have been made to feel unappreciated as a customer while shopping within a local store located at 1801 Fordham Blvd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514. After shopping for about an hour picking up several items needed for Christmas, I arrived at selfcheckout and the first item, a candy bar, rung up with the wrong price as it differed from what the shelf displayed. The price was adjusted and then, two lamp shades rung up different from the price on the shelf. I was told to go take a picture of the shelf displayed price. After returning to the register, the store floor supervisor, September Ingram denied me the displayed price and rathered return the shades to the shelf than allow me to purchase them

I had to visit there to procure some tools for my vehicle. I was experiencing issues with my car windows. I met Spencer, who provided excellent customer service assistance.❤️🙏

Ordered a range drip pan online for in-store pickup. Order readiness and pick-up process was smooth and easy. But the item itself was crap/extremely poor quality, back side edges chipped and rough, which would scratch the surface of my range. Why would you pull poor quality merchandise for a customer's order when in fact the merchandise should be returned to your supplier as unacceptable before I / your customer ever see it? You wasted our time. Extremely disappointed.
