It is always a pleasure to go to Lowe's. They have vast resources and usually can provide what you need for any project. The associates are kind and easy to work with. They are always willing to go the extra mile to find what you need. They are even willing to help you out to your car with your load. If the load needs to be secured to the roof or other areas of your vehicle, they are also willing to help with that as well.

I visited the North Charlotte Lowe’s on Saturday evening and was very disappointed with the condition of the store. The environment was extremely dusty, and nearly every item in the garden center was covered in bird droppings. Items throughout the rest of the store were also heavily coated in dust, to the point that it caused me to sneeze while shopping. When I entered, several members of management were standing near the entrance, yet none acknowledged or greeted me. A few associates elsewhere in the store were polite and helpful, which I appreciated. However, when I asked a manager for assistance with an item that was visibly dirty and covered in filth, especially since it was the last one available, and inquired about a possible discount, I was treated dismissively and made to feel unw

Customer service could use some training. Felt like nothing but an inconvenience to be serviced. It also seemed like I had frustrated the associate by simply walking up. Immediate attitude. I’ve never had to ask someone if I had done something wrong during a business transaction before. All the more reason to use the local competitors.

My wife and I went to the paint counter yesterday. We were trying to decide the best paint to use and the associate, Marvin was extremely helpful. He seemed very knowledgeable when it came to paint. He talked us through the different situations of using paint. He was extremely patient and helpful. While helping us, he endured scrutiny from impatient customers that didn’t want to wait their turn after we waited our turn to speak with Marvin. Marvin remained professional and maintained his composure. I really appreciated Marvin’s customer service. But I do believe the Paint Counter should have at least 2 people working to ensure the quality of service and not compromising that by making the employee feel rushed to get to the next customer.

The lowes that I shop in Kannapolis off dale 3 Blvd. Os the best lowes by far. The managers The service members all go out of their way to make sure your happy. And always help me when I need help loading anything. Thats why I shop here more than any other .
