What's even going on here? I asked 5 separate employees for help finding 3 things. I had to interrupt your employees social hour each time to ask where to find things. They didn't take a step away from their social spot. Instead I kept getting different isle numbers and bay numbers. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME HERE, WHY WOULD I KNOW YOUR BAYS!? I had an item missing a SKU, that sucked bc it's not even in your system. I had to walk all around store to find them to grab another. Your self checkout people said that the floor people should be helping customers. The only person who actually helped me with 1 thing was the guy from paint department. Not everyone who shops there is from a business. Do better! 12 employees who couldn't stop chit chatting to help. And I have to return a tension rod now bc

My experience with Lowe’s and the flooring department has been extremely disappointing. Before making my purchase, I did not consult the reviews for something as simple as commercial carpet. From the day of purchase to the present, it has been a nightmare and emotionally draining. Installment dates were delayed which lead to postponing my opening day. That was the first headache. I was sold the wrong carpet, and it took a month to resolve this issue despite multiple calls and visits to the store. It then took an additional six weeks for Lowe’s to coordinate with Legacy Flooring, their contractors, for carpet placement. I was highly upset how I had to stop work and come home because the delivery person was being so rude to my mother when I called to check on her. We had a washing machine delivered today. The two guys that came one could not communicate with us Written or verbally. But that was OK until he started trying to argue with her back-and-forth about the washing machine base that was going to stay the new washing machine. I know the new washing machine fits the old base. We measured it and the base mounts line up with the washing machine mounts. instead of just leaving the base in the house they took it all the way to the driveway and left it there for my 71-year-old mother to figure out how to get back inside. Of course by time I got there they were already gone so now I have to figure out how to
