Lowe's Home Improvement

This is the worst Lowe's store location I've ever been to. I'm an active PRO member, and every time I go to buy materials and supplies, there's never an empty kart available to load my supplies. They're always full of junk or unnecessary materials. The people working in the Pro section are lazy and can't solve anything for us customers. Sincerely, PHAREZ CONSTRUCTION LLC.

I have always had nothing but problems with Lowe’s every time I go. Last week I bought a couple of large, heavy cabinets. I asked the cashier if there was someone who could help me load them in my truck. She said she would get someone. 15 minutes later another customer helped me load them in my truck. How does a store like Lowe’s not have employees who can help load your truck? Today I went in to get a quote for a door. The other Lowe’s I went to did not have anyone available to help me, so I went to the one in Chester. To no surprise, there was no one there available to get me a quote either. How can a store like Lowe’s only have one person who knows how to look up the price for a door? If that one person is not available, then they pretty much turn you away. The “Pro” team is a joke. No

Getting washer and dryer combo. Lowe's always have huge selections and great deals. The sales people, Angi and Mark was remarkably great. Friendly and knowledgeable. They really cared!!! Awesome teams so far every Lowe's I have been.

I had an excellent experience at this Lowe’s location. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help—whether it’s finding the right product or offering expert guidance. Customer service here truly stands out compared to many other home improvement stores. I’ll definitely continue shopping at this location and highly recommend it to others in the Chester area!

This Lowe's was an exception to others I have visited in this way. Employees were helpful, polite and knowledgeable. This is a busy store from what I could see,yet staff made me feel like I mattered. Send these good folks to High point.NC
