Tom was fantastic! We came in to buy paint and he went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to explain the differences between finishes, helped us choose the right color, and even gave great recommendations on application techniques. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wanted to make sure we felt confident in our choices. Highly recommend the paint department here!

Seemed like everyone was willing to help. The worker is encountered was very friendly and willing to assist. We couldn't find the screws i was looking for but he didn't give up and eventually found what I was looking for.

This store is huge! The appliances are situated so that I could see them easily, especially the refrigerator area. Cudos! Here's why I only gave three stars. And those go to a fellow named Steve! He's amazing, and a Veteran! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The other folks who were there were 1) the "lead" or whatever you call them of the toilet and plumbing section has no idea how to help me figure out which toilet to buy based on my needs. They told me to come back or call and ask for a different guy the next day and asked me not to say anything about it bc he "should" know this stuff. He was recently transferred to that department he said, but I would think that training is involved somewhere along the line. My bad if that's not the case. Nonetheless it was aggravating. Second

Registered for the November.15 Kids Workshop on Oct. 21, 2025. Brought My Children at 9:45am today-November.15 only to be told they had it on the 8th of November so I thought maybe I was tripping and referred back to My confirmation email which clearly states the 15th. So I asked the associate if their were any Workshop Kits left she claim it wasn't. I've been coming to this Lowe's for the Kids Workshop for the last 10 months and they ALWAYS have Kits left over because Kids never come. Now all of a sudden it's a pack house on the wrong Day that Y'all changed and didn't tell Anyone. Yeah right!! The Lies. Instead she asked if We wanted a water bottle. #lol You talking about the same water bottle We got a month ago that leaks everywhere?? No Ma'am. I guess for December we are going to regist

Very friendly staff. Shop here all the time. The people in the store are knowledgeable and always ready to help. Sometimes they do fun little things for customers like give out popcorn or have events with product reps and nibbles.
