Is it just me or does no one in this store actually know how to interact with the public? You can surely follow me around to see if I'm stealing but can't bother to ask if I need assistance. When I do ask for assistance maybe you shouldn't speak to me like I'm a dumb bimbo simply because I don't know the name of the item I am looking for. Just a suggestion...

I honestly dont like to do these things but for the prices Lowes charges, their customer service should be top tier. Clearfield Lowes is a joke from a contractor side of it. The 2 leads (Les and not sure the girls name) at the Pro Desk do nothing but pretend to be doing something. And the others over there on the Pro side just run and hide when they see a large order come to the register so when asked if you can get help loading, theyre too busy. As a contractor, i highly recommend taking your business with Clearfield Lowes elsewhere. And yes, this has happened to me on many occasions, not just today.

Staff was friendly and very helpful! I spend a lot of time and money at this store and I've never had a bad experience 😊

Huge shoutout to manager Matt for helping us get a replacement for our range hood that came to us badly damaged. Process was smooth for us! We are very thankful for Matt and his kindness!

The employees were very helpful and friendly. We drove over a hour to get retaining wall cap blocks that local store doesn't stock and employees were very appreciative of that and were extremely nice , might have make the drive again because of how nice they were.
