He spent almost an hour researching and tracking down my options and ultimately getting my needed parts to finish the project. A&R’s service dept was less than helpful! Shout-out to Sammie in fulfillment for going above and beyond with my curbside pickup today! I ordered a bunch of very heavy stones, and since I can’t lift heavy weight right now, Sammie packed and loaded everything all on her own. She was incredibly kind, we had such a great conversation, and she kept a smile on her face the entire time (these bricks are no joke, y’all 😅). She even refused a tip. For a hardware store, this is a great location with super helpful and friendly staff that is always eager to help. There is 1 employee that wants to follow customers around talking about religion, but he isn't too difficult to avoid most times.
