I just want to say thank you to Jenn today for helping find what we were looking for. She went out of her way to hunt it down and make sure she had the right ones. Also a shout out to the gentleman by the self check out who gave our kids a little building set so they can work on it with their new tools! Thank you guys so much for making their day, it is very appreciated!

Honestly, I’ve had mediocre (at best) interactions with employees at the Columbia, MO location; however, we bought a fridge and range with the help of Abe and had the best experience. Abe is literally the best employee at a big box store whom I have ever encountered in my entire life. He was SO friendly (in a genuine way) and knowledgeable about the different brands. He was also honest about what we needed and didn’t need. The checkout time was record speed and was so smooth. I would hire Abe if I could. Lowe’s should do everything in their power to keep him, and he deserves a bonus for the way he treats customers.

Return policy is inconsistent.,they are rude. New assistant manager is not nice and lies period about a return policy being over a year old. Lol.. NONSENSE. Purchase from a place that understands customer service. I returned a product to another store because they would not. Standard answer, we are sorry, call customer service. Joke 100 %

I called the store because there was a specific product that the website said was in stock in store, and I wanted to verify if that was true. The customer service rep confirmed that they did. Upon going to the store, when we couldn’t find the item and asked for assistance, the employee told us it would be too difficult to get the item and was unwilling to help us. We wasted a trip. I’m giving two stars, since the employee on the phone was helpful.

My wife and I purchased a microwave from here and between the bright minds of Synchrony and Lowes, we are now going on 2 months of an unresolved charge after the microwave showed up late and damaged. We've since purchased one elsewhere and installed it ourselves. Wish we saved ourselves the pain ahead of time.
