Kristen Adelung, an Assistant Manager at Lowe’s in Conway, SC, has been exceptionally helpful throughout our home renovation process, especially with our window replacement and kitchen cabinet estimates. Kristen is extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient. I truly can’t thank Kristen enough for all she has done to make this process smooth and stress-free. I made a purchase of several tools at the Lowe’s store in Conway. One of the tools wasn’t in stock, and they suggested they could deliver it to my house. I agreed and paid for everything. The app showed it was delivered, but nothing ever arrived. On the same day it was supposedly delivered, I called the store and was told they were having issues with third-party delivery through DoorDash and would escalate the situation. Two days passed and still nothing. I went back to the store in person. A young manager checked their system and said there was no proof of delivery photo and that they’d escalate again. It never got resolved. For a third time, I tried online, got a case number, and was told it would be escalated again. To this day, it’s just a cycle of passing the buck and no one has deli

I can never just go in for what I went to buy because there's so much more to look at! Garden Center always has beautiful flowers and scrubs. Christmas merchandise is always great to look at!

I purchased a washer, dryer, refrigerator, pedestals, and the extended warranty on 10/24/2025 (> $6,000) from this store. I scheduled the delivery for 11/21. Lowes originally said delivery would be 8A-8P, so I took the day off from work. And they called the night before to give me a 4-hour window. Fine. I sat at home several hours before and after the 4-hour window and they never showed up. No phone call, no text, no email. I called at 8A on 11/22 thinking they would apologize and come first thing in the morning. They apologized, they told me the items were in but “weren’t loaded on the truck” for some unknown reason and I would have to reschedule the delivery for another day. And this means another 8A-8P window on another day. This cannot be acceptable to anyone. Lowes made the mistake,

Went with my husband at 6:00pm to get a bunch of lumber. Of course the lumber we needed was empty. Honestly though, when does restocking occur? If you work over in the wood section, you have to see when something is empty?? There was a literal LINE of people needing help. Where are the associates you ask? Well, at 6:00pm there's only ONE person working and he's at lunch (everyone deserves a break). Lowes, why are you so poorly staffed?! You can't afford 2 people?! Do better!
