Lowe's Home Improvement

So I make this clear this is not a review of the employee who helped me but more of a review of the company policy I guess. Your inventory system sucks. Today my dishwasher broke. Unfortunately for me my only time to replace it was also today (convenient I know) due to work. I spent several hours searching all the major brands and picking one that fit my budget as well as my needs. I decided to purchase a dishwasher from your company. Upon looking online I saw there were several “in stock” at my local lowes. Upon my arrival of the appliance section I was greeted and asked if I needed help with anything to which I replied I needed a dishwasher. The employee stated more likely then not they didn’t have it however, I stated your website says they had 3. The employee went to check the stock

This Lowe's has great deals. The staff has some great members and some not so great members. There's an older white gentleman with longer hair who's very helpful and also an older black gentleman with a Caribbean accent who's also very helpful. Some of the younger people I haven't had the best experiences with.

We just bought an over the range microwave at Loews, Turtle Run . We had a wonderful experience. Jeffson was our sales representative. he was knowledgeable, attentive and very polite. I mentioned how much i appreciated his great customer service unlike the “ other guys with the orange logo” today we received real Customer Service from Jeffson at Loews thank you Jeffson !

I used to shop at Home Depot. Home Depot has no customer service. I started shopping at Lowe’s and I am so happy to be a Lowe’s customer. The customer service is excellent. They greet you when you come in the door high or good morning. You walk down the aisles there’s workers there and they always ask. Can I help you find something? The customer service in this store is excellent.

For some reason I started liking Lowes better than the competition (HD). I think things are more organized, prices are more or less the same and customer service is definitely better. Not even to mention that I applied for a CC and was approved for a good line of credit!
