Lowe's still hasn't upped it's game. I found a sale on a wet/dry vac and a special on paint. When I went to check out everything rang up much higher and the "manager" wanted to fight with me about it. I told, the many managers that Lowes has, where to find the shop vac and paint. She implied I was lying so I went and showed her. She was snotty when she admitted she was wrong. I took pictures of it, then went and took pictures of the paint. I showed them the price, the paint on the shelf, etc. but they refused to honor the price. Other customers had the same problem with the prices and staff while I was there. Lowe's has gotten very bad on customer service, honoring the shelf price or advertised price, treating customers badly, leaving things in the aisles so it's hard to move around, and j

Friendly and helpful staff. Consistent with other Lowe's locations. Checking out is usually quick. Self checkout has a knowledgeable person standing by at all times. Returns and exchanges are quick and problem-free. They usually have what we need in stock. Prices are decent. There are other similar stores in the area, but we almost always go here.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Placed an order on December 8th for two items. Got a notification on December 17th that it was out for delivery. It never arrived. Then on December 18th it said again that it was out for delivery and that is still what the tracking says. Out for delivery on December 18th. Today is January 3rd. There has been no offer to cancel. My order is just stuck in limbo saying delayed but we’re working on it. No communication, nothing.

They have alot of great new stuff here. I found this nice oven/air fryer which is wonderful. We picked up a new freezer which works great and the ASM was very helpful even brought it outside himself and help load it onto the truck.

This Lowe's is a very well run store. Sales associate Triniti was a great help. Thanks.
