I was walking around lost in the flooring department when a lovely associate walked up. She was helpful, gave me fantastic input to what I was looking for. She was beyond friendly and I was so appreciative that she approached us that day. She was spot on too because the floor is in my kitchen was installed and it looks AMAZING. Thank you Simone!!!!!

Upon asking for assistance, I was not only helped but also personally escorted by an employee who ensured I found exactly what I was looking for. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely eager to assist, making sure I was satisfied with my selection before making my purchase. FIRM 90 day return policy and all employees beholden to the system. One week over due to weather trying to preserve the 4*8 from wet winter roads and all I got is an "unable to return". The employees are nice, the system is robotically unyielding. It isn't posted at check out but is there in fine print at the return desk...

Stopped in during the week to pick up our yearly Christmas tree. Not a great selection. The sales clerk shared that they sold a lot of trees the day before because of the sale, which ended the day before. Asked if we can have the sale price on our tree (only a few hours difference). The "manager" said no. We left, drove 5 minutes to Home Depot and purchased similiar tree for (literally) half the price. I think we lucked out that Home Depot was having a sale...but we would never have known that without Lowe's turning us off. Will be buying our tree from Home Depot next year as well. My experience with Lowe’s Danvers has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. In October, I purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator from this store. It was delivered and installed while I was traveling. When I returned home, I discovered the refrigerator was damaged. I contacted Lowe’s immediately, only to be told that because I called one week later, I had “missed the return window", despite the fact that the damage occurred during delivery and installation. I was then sent to the manufacturer, who had to come out to assess the refrigerator. Frigidaire confirmed there was damage and told me to return to Lowe’s for a replacement.
