Lowe's Home Improvement

I use to love Lowe's but now that they put nothing but self checkout in I hate going there now only if I have to. Some of us likes full service I should not have to pay and do all the work myself. And they wonder why they have so much stuff walk out the door it's hard for one person to watch all the checkouts plus if you need help to have to wait. One time I had to put the gift cards back because we had to wait so long for someone to come and they never did in the Camden store

I entered the kingdom seeking a specific set of screws, but the "App Map" led me astray. Just as I was losing hope, Sir Eric appeared. He was a true knight in shining armor! When the screws weren't in their usual home, he led me on a quest to the Lumber Lands. When they weren't there either, he refused to give up. With the bravery of a legend, he scaled the high peaks of the overstock shelves via ladder and rescued the lost fasteners from the rafters. He delivered them to me with a smile and made sure my journey was complete. Five stars for Sir Eric, the finest champion in the realm of DIY!

This review is specifically for Shantryce Essilfie in the cabinet dept. at Lowe's in Dover Delaware. She was so helpful in helping us make decisions when ordering our new kitchen cabinets. Very patient with a great personality. Ty Shantryce, I'll make it a point to wave hi when we come in.

My fiance and I went to this Lowes and bought a new fridge. They didn't have it in stock so it needed to be delivered. They came out this morning, March 27th, 2025 to deliver it, and the 2 guys that came out were scrawny and the one guy came up with every single excuse NOT to do their job. The dude took measurements and kept saying "oh, that fridge can't come down this way because it's this big". Then the guy told me "the only thing I can say to you ma'am is buy a smaller fridge". They NEVER once tried bringing in the new fridge and my old fridge is still in my kitchen. They left my $2,000 dollar fridge in my front yard!!!! So now, we have to find our own people to come and bring our new fridge in. This was the most unprofessional delivery I've ever seen!!! Lowes, YOU NEED TO HIRE BIGGER G

I had an amazing experience! Mike in the building supply area helped me by recommending products helping me load them and then helping me load them in my truck. Stellar customer service amazing personality and sense of humor. A true asset to Lowe's. I will be back because of this experience. I normally shop at Home Depot but now I will shop at Lowe's
