Lowe's Home Improvement

Great experience this morning at Lowe’s. I had to grab materials before heading to a job site and thought I’d be waiting about an hour, but Tyquanna, Tina helped expedite the process and before I knew it.. Miguel stepped in and got everything pulled and ready so fast I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Super helpful, professional, and they clearly work well as a team. One of the guys outside also helped load my truck (wish I remembered his name so I could give him credit too). Really appreciate the great service it made a big difference on a tight schedule!

Went to this location, looking for a dishwasher. There were multiple model on the display at clearance level pricing. I left to do some research on the models and returned the next day. With the model still on the floor, I was told that they did not have any in stock and could not sell me the floor model. I asked for any comparable deal and they said there was nothing that I could do. Sharing that feedback with the Lowe's website, I was contacted by a store manager, asking if I would come in to talk about it. I gave him the same information and said I didn't want to come in without some promise of a comparable deal. That was the last time I heard from them, even after following up twice.

As always the Lowe’s in Durham and Chapel-Hill always come in super clutch for any home or garden project we have. They have the friendliest staff at either location and you can easily find what you need because the stores are stocked and kept clean like a home improvement store should be!

Purchased an LG washer and dryer along with extended warranty. The dryer is broken in 2 weeks. LG is refusing to do any service unless we pay someone to check the lint pipes (which are clean because I got all the lint out of them) and pay that out of pocket. Lowe’s said they would send someone to perform installation and verify the pipes are good but after not hearing from them all day we now cannot get them to do anything either. Horrible products and even worse service. They clearly don’t care at all about their customers.

Upon visiting Lowe’s Home Improvement to exchange my humble vessel of propane, I was met with uncommon courtesy by an employee named Lazaria. Her manner was composed and kind, her efficiency remarkable. In a world so often beset by indifference, it was a quiet delight to encounter such genuine attentiveness. My errand, which might have been tedious, became instead a small testament to human grace and diligence.
