I love the product selection at Lowes in general but the service and training by Management at this location is in need of major improvement. I purchased a stove that I was told was in stock. I scheduled a pick up for the stove 3 days later. I arrived for pick up and was at the store for an hour for the staff to bring the stove to my truck ultimately to be told the stove I purchased wouldn't be there until monday... which is weird because the associate who helped me with the transaction put eyes on the product I purchased to pick up today. The manager said there is the same stove is in stock(the stove I'm sure i was told i was purchasing) but I couldn't have it unless I purchased the $700 dollar item again without any of the money being refunded from my original purchase that day which is

Extremely disappointed! Please do not shop here. I spent 30 minutes in curbside pickup. No one came out! I go inside the store to get my item that I was told had areive, was assembled and ready for pickup. The representative told me the item could not be located and I had to call customer service. Customer service said the item was delivered! After wasting 2 hours I asked them to reorder and ship to my house and requested they cover the shipping fee for my inconvenience. I was told according to guidelines they could not do that. I have yet to receive my item or a refund. Extremely disappointed and will resort to make the hike to Home Depot going forward.

I needed help getting an ac unit and Mrs. Addrenna was extremely helpful in finding help to get it down from the shelf. Mr. Travis was also very professional and helpful in actually getting the ac unit down. I am very pleased with the help I received today. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

I purchased a gas range on December 31, 2025 with a scheduled delivery date of January 15, 2026. I received a number of email and text confirmations for said delivery. On the day of, I received an airfryer tray that's to go inside the oven but not the oven itself. From that date forward, no one could even tell me where the gas range was/is. I prefer Home Depot and this first time appliance purchase with Lowe's confirmed that. Coupled with the cavalier and disregard employees have exhibited in my effort to resolve this issue. No one seems to care that I've spent money for an item no one can locate. I am just being told to keep calling or coming up to the location to see if it's come in, and only at that point, can/will they schedule this, already delayed, delivery. I'm simply going to reque

Honestly I personally prefer Home Depot(HD). That said this Lowe's is way easier to access, if you live in the greater Atlanta area. Lowe's has most of the same things you can buy at HD. The store associates are attentive & somewhatknowledgeable. If you are a DIYer or need basic project supplies this place is serviceable. The ease of getting in and out the shopping center as compared to the HD on Ponce makes it my personal choice 9 times out of 10.
