this place is a literal joke :) my partner and i bought a space heater to withstand the winter this year and make sure our pipes don’t freeze. which we bought around 2 or 3 weeks ago, and it broke this morning. how? no clue. it just wouldn’t turn on anymore no matter what we did. so of course, he called you guys to see if we could return and exchange the product after work despite not having our recipe (our luck, one of us tossed it yesterday) regardless if we could or not, we were still gonna buy a replacement. he spoke to a lady who had a big attitude for no reason and then said “ummm i’m not doing a return over the phone? we would need the product here.” when neither of us were asking to do it over the phone? we aren’t stupid? all we did was ask a simple question. we aren’t looking for

The staff here are super friendly and will help you find whatever you need! I came here for garden mulch and nobody was afraid to point me in the right direction and help me find a good deal personal to me. I got particularly great service from Joe in the paint department and Logan in plumbing. Both of these gentlemen helped direct me to what I needed even though it wasn't in their particular department of expertise! They're very polite and knowledgeable of their departments, wonderful employees to have in such a large store. Whenever I need anything for my garden I will definitely come here.

Linda, an employee at the Service Desk either did not know her job, ( she has been there quite awhile) or just made the choice to once again, be rude. This is not my first time with her snarly attitude towards me and I have witnessed it with other customers as well. Time to speak out what took place today and, moving forward, will let a manager know when I see how she acts towards others. Linda was standing at the desk, NO CUSTOMERS. I asked her if thete was an outlet to plug in a set of lights I wanted tested. She mumbled, I don't know, pushed the phone, the receiver fell off of the hook and walked over to another employee. I brought an online-purchased dishwasher to this Lowe’s location after being instructed by Lowe’s customer service to do so and given a case number. When I arrived, the store told me they could not look up the case number and would not process the return, despite the fact that I was following directions provided by Lowe’s themselves. The dishwasher had arrived appearing previously opened, yet I was sent back and forth between corporate customer service and this store with no one taking responsibility. The store refused to help and provided no solution, leaving me to deal with multiple calls, broken promises, and wasted time. I understand policies, but when a customer is given explicit instructions by Lowe’s and follows them, the store should not simply refuse assistance without escalatio

Pulled up to maybe 20 people standing in line outside for Black Friday. It wasn't even 0545a and walked up to the line to find out they had already handed out the 50 bucket coupons. People were just hanging out in their vehicles. So this location didn't honor the marketing that said the first 50 Lowes Rewards members in store. They just handed them out to anyone. I asked the person who was in front of me when I walked up if she got a paper coupon and she said she was #53 in line but decided to stay for the Dewalt battery deal. She said the person who handed out the coupons did not ask or verify that the people in front of her were Rewards Members.
