I’m hoping the Owner or supervisor of this store reads this. We were Coming from Home Depot on Black Friday we stopped here to check out the prices for a washer & dryer. Immediately the gentleman that was there said he would be “at least “ 10 minutes because he was busy with another customer. I really did not want to wait after staying in Home Depot and it didn’t look like they had any better prices plus I did not have the patience for that. In about 3-4 mins “ ED” walks up and asks to help us out, and he did. He was extremely patient with us and he was getting calls from the other employees who needed his help out back or up front he was guiding the store employees with information while helping us. Waited for over 20 minutes to get a few keys made. Associate never decided to show up. As I left frustrated, I told an employee what happened, and that id be going to Home Depot instead. As I was leaving, they turned at laughed at me. Good employees you got here

My first ever negative google review in 35 years of life: We bought a dryer and had it installed from Lowe's last week. The next day we ran our first load through, the dryer didn't heat up and it took 7 hours to dry. New machine we were unfamiliar with, we assumed we used it wrong, ran another load through the day after, it didn't dry again. We had a handyman look at it the next day (day 3), he informed us the dryer was defective and we needed a new one. My wife calls Lowe's, customer support transfers her calls for an hour only to be told that it's outside the 48 hour window, they acknowledge the dryer is broken, and tough luck. Lowe’s requested that I give a review of a Whirlpool range I purchased prior to the 2024 holidays so here goes the issues that ensued. I wish I could give a review of the range but I was never able to use it. Range delivered by a Lowe’s contracted delivery and installation company which is tasked with also connecting hoses and electrical cord and removing all packaging/protection material including the blue film meant to protect stainless steel portions of range. That was problematic so I was told by installers to wait a couple of hours until range reached room temperature, as it was a cold day, and range had been in truck several hours and would then easily come off. After waiting several hours and working at removal, on and off, the blue film was not coming off. The next morning I return
