DONT EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THIS ESTERO LOWES!! And especially do not buy a pressure washer! They have only a 48 hour return allowance for A LOT of item in their store! Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot just down the street! They are less expensive than lowes on most items and will NEVER hassle you on returns!

Tonight I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had — and that includes both Europe and the US. I entered the store around 9:20 PM with a very clear, itemized list in hand. Every product was listed by exact type and brand, so this should have been a quick and easy visit, especially since the store was almost empty. Despite that, I could not find a single proactive or helpful employee to assist me. I asked four different employees for help. Only one of them was willing to actually stop and provide meaningful assistance. The others either brushed me off, pointed vaguely, or clearly didn’t want to engage. I had the worst purchase experience of my life. It took Lowe’s 5 times, through its third party delivery/installation company, to install successfully a washer and a dryer. On the fourth trial the installation crew notified us of the scratches and dents our units had from the handling of the previous three crews. I had to come to the store a total of three times to deal with this order because they couldn’t swap the right stacking kit through their system. Disappointing experience and the worst part is that it’s the closest store to home but I have no problem driving 10 minutes more to get to Home Depot.

Sylvia and Leigh were both rude when we came in to return some blinds that were not clearly marked. Sylvia was rude and did not let us explain the situation, spoke over us multiple times, then when trying to explain the situation to Leigh from the blind department, both of them told us to stop talking. This went round and round, with Leigh insisting that they couldn’t have been in the wrong area because “she checks the racks everyday”. Finally they called a manager, who said to try to return it and it may not return. Then came the issues with the item “not being on the receipt” even though you could clearly see it.
