I had an amazing shopping experience this morning at Lowe’s in Evans, Georgia. I stopped in looking for a cutoff tool with a battery and quickly found myself impressed by the level of customer service. A Lowe’s employee named Johnathan went above and beyond to help me make the right choice. He patiently explained the different options, compared features, and made sure I understood what would work best for my needs. His knowledge and willingness to take the time truly made the decision easy. My sincere thanks to Johnathan for his professionalism and helpfulness, especially on a busy Black Friday.

I absolutely love our local Lowes. The staff is always helpful and kind and the selection of products seems to be much better than other local big box stores. Rewards are also available as you purchase your products here unlike other local stores. The staff on the garden department are especially helpful. Whenever we need anything for our home, Lowes is our go to.

Returned an item to Lowe’s that I purchased. I didn’t have the receipt, but they usually find it on my credit card. When I brought it to the return desk, the employee told me immediately that I did not buy it there. Instead of being a good employee with good customer service technique she didn’t bother to say do you have a receipt or another method of showing that you bought the item but immediately accused me of not buying it there. I went back and got another item just like it and she still accuse me of not buying it and the store. I then showed her the electronic version of the receipt on my phone and she said this doesn’t match the item and one more time, accuse me of not buying it at the store. Finally, realizing that the receipt was from Lowe’s with the jacket description on it, she

As with any store like this, no help available. Had to ask 3 employees talking in next aisle over for help. They did assist after me asking. I did have one other employee ask if I needed help while shopping for about 30 minutes in store. Customer service? Is it a thing of the past?
