There is a sale on Christmas decorations at the front of the store, offering good deals after the discount. There is also plenty of parking in front of the store for customers.

My fiance and I ordered pickup of blinds and were only delivered part of our order (2/3 blinds). The manager said that only part of the order was delivered and that they would call us when the last part was delivered. This never happened after months of waiting. They will not refund me or send a replacement. Now my windows are mismatched since I do not trust Lowes to place another order with them.

Good store for quick home improvement runs. The layout is straightforward and most things are easy to find once you get familiar with the aisles. Staff here has been generally helpful, especially in the paint and garden sections, they actually take a moment to explain things instead of just pointing. Parking is usually easy, and checkout moves pretty fast unless it’s a busy weekend. The store is clean and well-stocked, though like most big hardware stores, some items may be out of stock depending on season. Overall, solid place for tools, home repair supplies, plants, and small DIY projects. Convenient, reliable, and no hassle.

I had a complicated billing problem which has been going on for 3 weeks with the Lowes Credit card. This was the result of an improper credit for first charge on an appliance, in which the credit card did not credit the 20% as advertised. I'd filed a billing dispute as a result. In minutes, the Store Manager Sagar resolved it gracefully, saving me a great deal of frustration. He was knowledgeable and executed in ways that weeks of trying to sort it out had failed. A great job going above and beyond by Sagar. Much appreciated!
