I want to give a huge shout-out to our incredible crew over at Lowe’s off of Zion road. My wife and I came in for new tool chest that was on sale for a great price, and Trevor was both friendly and quick to help us out! After checking out, Trevor, Brandon, and Dakota were more than willing to load our chest into the car and doing so with laughs and smiles. I love the team at this location and we cannot thank y’all enough for always taking care of us! You guys rock!

On Saturday, I purchased a brand-new washer during their Fourth of July sale, which was an exceptional value. Hector, an appliance representative, provided exceptional assistance. He was courteous, not overbearing, or pushy in his sales approach. He thoroughly answered all our questions, which were numerous, with a consistently positive attitude. I greatly appreciated his help on Friday. On Saturday, we returned to purchase the washer after taking some time to discuss our options at home. Unfortunately, Hector was not present, but a young lady, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was training a new employee. She was also very helpful, checking us out and arranging the delivery for us. Massive shout out to 2 of this locations employees who spent a ton of time helping me find some snow sleds for my kids (out of season) that was somewhere in their top stock during my visit on November 15, 2025. Just when we thought we were out of luck, they ran and round me at the checkout and saved the day!!! I only caught 1 nametag (Trevor) so apologies to the gentleman who I should have explicitly asked for his name. Thank you thank you thank you!! Excellent customer service!!!

So I tried to buy a replacement Moen faucet for our kitchen. I researched the one we wanted and found it online for $225 and it was in stock. . I drove (15 miles) to the store and found it. The shelf price said $289. I figured it just wasn’t updated so I got it and went to check out. I was then told that they do not price match their own website. I was then told I could buy it online and pick it up tomorrow if I wanted that price. Are you kidding me??? I have spent 6 figures at this store over the past 5 years and am now getting penalized for actually going to the store to buy something? I will now take my business elsewhere, permanently. Pathetic!!!!
