I picked up 4 boxes of the Frost King Window Insulation Kits among other things. I ordered it the night before and it was ready for pick up at a convenient time. The 4 boxes were brought in a plastic bag tied securely. When I arrived at my parents to give them a box for the upcoming storm I saw that 2 boxes were damaged and one was open at the top and bottom. That box was missing the tape required to properly install. There were over 100 of these items available, so I cannot understand why these 2 were picked. The young lady who brought it out was friendly and it may not have been her who packed it, but it would be nice for someone to double check that what is being picked up is something you yourself would be satisfied with. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I tried to talk to multiple workers to get a piece of plywood cut. The first employee completely ignored me at first then told me I needed to go ask someone in windows and doors. The gentleman there then proceeded to lie to me and say the saw was down. I tried one more employee and was notified someone would come help. That never happened. I had planned on spending upwards of $500 in that one trip, with expectation to return. I guess I will take my business to Home Depot.

Delivery Truck damaged my corner lot. Need to be more careful when driving in a residential area. Concrete and grass damaged. Smh ! This is in the Bedford new residential area.

Good store if you want to go in and buy something. There's a nice old lady that works at the self checkout aisles who is really nice to everybody and does her best with every customer. But all that said, you should definitely go somewhere else for installations. You might think using your Lowe's credit card is convenient because you can pay for the materials and labor at the same time but don't do it. Go anywhere else but here.

Came to this Lowe’s on December 12th 2025 at about 830 pm. Was looking for a chainsaw and was helped by an associate named Ryan. This guy went above and beyond. I’m surprised he’s not a manager. Lowe’s needs to give this man a pay raise because his customer service is the best I’ve ever encountered at any hardware store. Ryan if you ever see this you are awesome never change.
