Lowe's Home Improvement

My visit to Lowe’s was as you would expect from Lowe’s home improvement. I walked in found a staff member who promptly took me to the area that I needed to go. The store was clean well stocked and the staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. We were visiting from out of town and my need was last minute but exceedingly important. They were able to assist with no issues.

Melissa in the self checkout (older grey haired woman with glasses) was very rude, dismissive, and passive aggressive to me and my father when we were visiting 10/11/2025 at around 8pm. Do not visit the self checkout in the evening. Not worth the hatefulness

Best Lowe's I have dealt with in the country. TR at the pro desk is the man and the employees are helpful here. It's nice to see the same faces each day and know they are sticking around.

Sorry excuse of a store and employees. I went in to purchase a new washer, found a better deal online, canceled my order stood in store and ordered it online, had to talk with the manager about why I still was getting charged for the install packages when it said it came with the purchase of over $2500. She then told argued with me for over 20min about the subtotal and if I ordered it online or if I did it in store even though I had told her 6 plus times I had done it online after I canceled the order. She kept talking down to me like I’m stupid, which has happened a few times in the store times, which I can only assume is because I don’t look like I have money because I do not dress to impress, so they think I’m poor or something. Great selection and prices are on average as any other home goods store. Workers are friendly for the most part.
