He didn’t just point me in the right direction — he made sure I got exactly where I needed to go quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who takes that extra step to make a customer feel valued, but Erik absolutely does. His positive attitude and willingness to help made my entire shopping experience smooth and stress-free. If every store had an Erik, shopping would always be this easy. 10/10 — he’s a rockstar! 👏

Both of the Lowe’s in Gainesville suck. I recently ordered a Christmas tree and it came missing a very important piece, which is the foot pedal switch to turn on the lights on the Christmas tree. This tree had white lights and color lights. I first went to the one on 13th St. and the gentleman that I first met was the most helpful out of everyone. He gave me a replacement foot pedal, but unfortunately it only turned on white lights. I went back to see if I can get another one and when I spoke to the manager, he really didn’t give me any resolution. He told me I could just return it and pay for a whole brand new tree. What a disgusting attitude and horrible experience that we had with your employee Cara at the Gainesville location. So I’ve been coming to this Lowe’s for years and usually have great experiences, but today was honestly ridiculous. I went in to return brand new power tools, and the associate at the return counter, Cara, was extremely rude and confrontational. When she asked why we were returning them, we simply said we didn’t need them anymore. Instead of just processing the return, she basically accused us of using the tools and trying to bring them back even though the items were brand new, unopened and within the 30 day policy. I’ve never had an employee at this location talk to me like that. Every other associate I’ve dealt with here has been friendly and helpful. Really disappointed

Ordered an expensive item ($600) for delivery which was damaged upon arrival. The delivery driver showed me the damages and suggested I refuse the delivery, which is what I did. I contacted the store and was promised a prompt refund. Two months later, I still haven’t received my refund and Lowe’s is now claiming that it was delivered, even though their own in-app order tracking shows the item as not delivered.

The product didn’t mention it was on final sale and non-returnable anywhere. They only inform you about the return policy when you go to return it and display it somewhere in the store! It supposed to be clear for customer when they are buying product that it is not eligible for your usual return policy. The management’s attitude was extremely poor. It was the worst store and customer service I’ve ever encountered!
