Resorting to reviews in hopes of getting some actual help. My husband and I have been in a months long situation trying to get our refund on a carpet install. We decided after calling in to cancel a portion of our carpet installation and were told explicitly on the phone that it would be no problem to do so and get a full refund for that portion without any penalty. I was actually surprised at how kind and easy that part of my request was. Our experience up to that point was incredible and we were excited to use the Lowe’s for our home projects. It quickly turned into a nightmare. This has been going on since August. I still do not have my money back. Not one person has followed up or followed through on what we’ve been told they would do. Big store lots of options. Everything you would expect from this home improvement store. Staff were helpful and I was able to find someone without much looking around. Used the pay now pick up service because I couldn't get everything home at once. Great lumber dept with lots of options. Large parking lot with plenty of parking as well as public restrooms. Carts are provided and come in different options for small or large items. Help loading available upon request.

Customer service at Lowe’s seriously needs to improve. What should have been a simple exchange turned into a frustrating experience because of unnecessary attitude from the staff. Customers shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience for asking for help. Lowe’s needs to address this and fix their customer service standards.

My experience today was truly unpleasant. I usually have great experiences, but today, that all changed. The prices in front of the mowers are wrong, and Lowe's wouldn't honor the posted price. To add insult to injury, the manager blamed the customer for the prices being wrong! Lowe's did not correct the price after I brought it to their attention. I can spend my money elsewhere. One thing I have learned is I won't pay you and be mistreated too.

30 minutes later, im still on hold waiting for customer service to tell me if they have a truck available for rent. She said, “let me check”, and i think she might have clocked out :). I hope management is able to see this review and act accordingly towards this “great” employee. Horrible Customer service. Update: after 40 min, someone comes back asking if we were waiting on a reply for a grill…… i said, “no, I been waiting for 40 min to see if a truck is available for rent”…. She said “give me a minute (i guess 40 min was not enough) and came back 10 seconds later (which means she did not check) and said none were available…. What a joke!!
