I spent 2 hours hand picking and hauling lumber I need for a furniture project (first 2 pics). I paid for delivery. They brought me these pieces instead of the ones I had spent hours hand picked - even though they promised to deliver the exact ones I’d picked (rest of pics). I even called the store back to ensure my chosen pieces would be the ones delivered. I chose clean pieces, minimal to now bowing, no cracks, minimal to no knots. All my chosen pieces were dry. They brought soaking wet pieces, molded, tons of knots, cracks and bows. I was told to bring it back to store to exchange where I’d have to spend many more hours hand picking out these pieces again. They also refuse to refund delivery even though I have to haul back, exchange and deliver my own re-picked pieces. This is a dis

First off Becky the Front End Manager couldn't have been more helpful. I was trying to purchase a range online and wanted to add the haul away function and it was not available so I called the store. Becky got on and took care of business to the max. She was so helpful even when her computer was not working correctly. She went on to place the order for us and set everything up. She put us on a brief hold and in that time someone else came on to make sure that we hadn't been on hold very long. Omar from appliances was there helping Becky to make sure everything was flawless. Again, we couldn't be more happy and would highly recommend your store for any appliance or any other needs. Thank you.

Man I love the plants here. They're healthy and priced great. Look at the colors on the African violets! Also I want that pair of gloves. They feel awesome on my hands. They offer cooling gloves if anyone is curious. Every time I've needed help, whatever employee helps, has always been helpful and knowledgeable in their job. 🎄 Whoever set up the Christmas ⛄ decorations did a phenomenal job! 🌟🎁❄️
