I am very quickly reminded of why I haven't been to a Lowe's in years. Treated like its my fault that the price tag doesn't match the items price. It wasn't like it was a single item it was an entire peg full. Closest manager hides until another manager comes from the entire other side of the store. Then comes put once its finally taken care of nearly 20 minutes later. Why argue with customers?

We bought a refrigerator for a family rental and had it delivered. The 2 delivery guys had to go up 10 steps, a landing and 10 more steps. They were very careful moving through a couple of tight places. They did a great job getting that refrigerator in the apartment and taking the old one out! Thank you very much!!!

Bought a dishwasher. Took over 2 weeks to schedule and get an installer out. Installer then told me I had to get an electrician because there was no electricity running to the unit. After an extra week and $250 to the electrician, turns out the installer didnt check his work and didnt install it correctly. Im out more money and time because of the Lowes installer not doing something like simply checking his work. Now Lowes Installation Support will only reimburse me a $100 Lowes gift card. And they called on Christmas Eve to tell me. I will never be shopping at Lowes again.

I purchased a roll-up mini blind 58 and 1/2 in I had to have it cut when I got it home and went to put it up The tension rod on the inside of it broke and I had to return it or exchange it I'm sorry and I will be installing it today so fingers crossed that it works because also the brackets that you sold me did not work for that type of mini blind so I had to run to a different location and purchase different brackets so we will see if it works. I don't know if it was just the employee was not familiar with it or if it was just too heavy for the brackets itself because like I said it was a 58 and a half inch long bracket
