Wander and Adinson from the Lowe’s delivery team did an exceptional job delivering my refrigerator. They arrived right on time and were extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to assist with the installation, making sure everything was set up correctly and functioning perfectly before they left. They were attentive, thorough, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They also left the area spotless with no mess at all. Truly outstanding service from beginning to end.

I ordered a door on Sept 9th of this year. Service at the store was great and easy to deal with. They came and measured, we paid, we waited for the door. On installation day, it was the wrong door. So we WAITED for a new one. Then they proceeded to reschedule on the next 3 occasions due to weather. Understandable. Yesterday it snowed and today the roads are clear and not a cloud in the sky. My porch was de-iced and walkways and driveways cleared to prepare for install. They rescheduled me AGAIN without a call or reasonable notice. A text message 5 min before install time, after I took the day off. I called for an explanation and they told me they rescheduled due weather. Today is December 9th and I still don’t have my storm door installed. I’ve been more than patient and understanding. I

Carl at Lowe’s is great every time I stop by, whether it’s me or a member of my team. We flip houses and are constantly in and out for materials, and Carl always goes above and beyond to help us find exactly what we need . He’s knowledgeable, efficient, and consistently provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend working with Carl if you’re in construction or renovation—he makes the process easy and stress-free. This store is lucky to have him.

Came yesterday and was hoping to pick up a couple things really quickly so I could get back to finish my project. A can of Great Stuff, electrical tape and a hand saw…I’ve been coming here for 15 years and it used to be my favorite store. Familiar employees, friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. Well things change. I couldn’t find electrical tape and the first employee I asked told me it’s scattered thru out the store, but check the end of so and so aisle on the left side. Which it wasn’t there. So I proceeded to just get the can of great stuff which I only found because someone had left one single can out of place in aisle. Found the saw no problem. Originally I gave them 1 star (See Below). I went into the store and met Mgr. Scott. This guy was AWESOME! He took the time to listen and made me comfortable about returning to Lowes. Even his staff praised him. GREAT GUY. (FROM PREVIOUS VISIT)-LOWES SUCKS! Awful delivery service. Paid for same day delivery because I had a crew to do the work. Not only was it delivered the next day. They just dropped it in the driveway blocking my vehicle. I had to pay someone to move it. Then the Mgr that was supposed to address the problem never did as agreed. Then when you call you are on hold for ever. Go somewhere else. LOWES SUCKS!
