The employees at the Pro desk are amazing to work with. I had the pleasure of meeting Katie a supervisor who helped me tremendously and was amazing at her job at a young age. She talked highly of what lowes does for their employees and you could tell loved her job. As a business owner myself to see an employee owning her role and position with a smile was great to see. I highly recommend if you own a company open a lowes Pros account for all of your building needs its worth the savings and customer service.

I tried pulling into my driveway today but your delivery truck was taking up the whole road. When I said something about it he mouthed off to me and told me to call the police. So I did. I got these photos of the truck before he fled the scene like a coward. All of this could have been avoided if your delivery driver had been professional. He was not.

Best customer service I've seen in a Lowe's in a long time. I stopped by to pick up a replacement tool box. Several employees came by to make sure I was being taken care of. Most of my experiences involved wandering around the store trying to find an associate to ask for help.

I'm a Lowes guy, always shop at Lowes unless absolution necessary for me too go elsewhere. That being said, I do not think they are flawless, but this lowes had always been helpful and never key me down. Great staff, great selection. So here first.

Very nice store, clean well stocked with friendly staff. Gentlemen asked me if I needed help I said no he smiled ok about 15 minutes he came back need help yet I said yes so together we build what I needed to fix a hot water heater in my camper. Whole time we joked and he smiled. Didn't get his name but older gentleman who wore a Blue Taylormade Golf hat and glasses thank u for your help.
