Lowe's Home Improvement

I had sort of an odd project that I was working on. I went in today, looking for insulation foam boards and wood slats. I also needed them cut to size so they would fit in my vehicle. An employee named Josh helped me for what seemed like forever. He was eager to help and didn’t shy away from a challenge. I was very impressed with this employee. I am usually pretty happy with the help that I receive in this store, But Josh was worth writing a review for.

Update: Lowe’s public reply was only for show — when I called, they refused to resolve anything. ⚠️ Bought a Samsung oven from Lowe’s – after 1 month, the bottom panel warped, enamel cracked and started peeling off. The metal is extremely thin, bends from normal heat, and now enamel chips could end up in our food – a serious health hazard. Samsung calls it a “cosmetic problem” and refused to repair or replace. Lowe’s also refused to help because I didn’t buy their “Protection Plan.” Poor design, cheap materials, zero customer service – DO NOT BUY.

Been to a lot of Lowe’s and this one has the WORST STAFF AND WORST SERVICE. Most of them have a rude attitude and mindset of not wanting to help. The way the employees act at this location makes it an easy choice to go to the Home Depot 5 min away. Will never shop there again. Do better Lowe’s.

This place is shit… today I came in needing tape for around my window. I asked 4 different people there for help and not one of them looked at my phone to see what I was needing and just said an aisle number. Customer service did the same thing but with attitude cause I interpreted 3 employees standing around just talking!!! Lowe’s DO BETTER on who you hire to represent your company! What a joke!

Dee in appliances went above and beyond for me. Need a stove for an AIRBNB in 24 hours. Not knowing (I am out of town) if it is 3 prong or 4 prong. She ordered two stoves to be delivered tomorrow and returning the incorrect electrical. Dee thank you so much for helping me!!!!!
