Over the years, my experiences at this Lowe's have fluctuated from horrible service to excellent service. Recently, all experiences have fallen on the excellent side of the scale! After having a house fire in November, I've been back and forth from Lowes at least 7 times within the last two months to get packing supplies and large bins as we salvage and pack up what we can - 5 times out of those 7 trips, I have had to ask for help to access the large bins (and we're talking between 10-30 bins each trip). There has always been an associate to help, and they have done so with a positive attitude. One trip, I needed to get 4 keys cut and help my mom get some of those bins. The store is conveniently located right off the I 85 corridor- an exit of Henderson NC - close to several different stores , YMCA & Hospital. In the store scooters available when needed all lined up nicely with signs that said fully charged. The scooters don’t go very fast - so you don’t propel line jet skying and beep beep when backing up - this is a customized store with all kinds of appliances lamps cleaning products building products candy toys - seems to have thousands or more of different household products- all neatly arranged on shelves way up- Craig the customer service Craig very respectful friendly & courteous. major disrespect at the customer service desk- the two acted like they didn’t know what to do but gave us the receipt for the temporary pass - these two young ladies coul

The staff at the Henderson Lowe's are my heroes. Tonight we had a hose break on our hot water heater at 8:40pm. I determined what I needed and jumped in my car to try to get there before they closed. I called the store while I was on my way. The man on the phone was very professional and said he would keep an eye out for me. I got there right at 9pm. The held one register open for me let me get the part I needed and I cashed out at 9:03. Y'all are my heroes. Thank you all so much.

Web shopping totally sucks. Bait and switch pricing is the norm when online shopping. You will NOT know the final, final price until you checkout and submit your card. Usually $50 added on. Then you might be tempted to call "customer service", once you're actually connected to an agent in Bangadesh...good luck.

If I could leave negative stars I would. “Kim” the assistant manager is the most unprofessional, rude, mean, person I have ever seen in my life. Something happened with our receipt at the end of our purchase. $445!!!! They removed the money from our account and kept all of our purchases. So because of there mess up we left Lowe’s with them keeping $445 of stuff for our home that came out of our account. Kim should be fired from Lowe’s immediately. I am a veteran and a Lowe’s member. Coorperate heard the way she was speaking to me.
